Active Surveillance Patients International is holding a webinar on micro-ultrasound, a hot new imaging technique that helps detect prostate cancers that mpMRI can miss.

The session will be at 12:00-1:30 pm ET  May 29. It features:

Dr. Gerald L. Andriole Jr., MD, Chief of the Division of Urology. Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis. Dr. Andriole, an expert in imaging the prostate,  is a pioneer in the micro-ultrasound technique.

Brian Wodlinger, PhD, VP, Engineering and Clinical, Exact Imaging, Markham, Ontario, Canada, manufacturer of ExactVu.

Joe Gallo, a moderator for AnCan/Us Too’s AS virtual support group and a board member of ASPI, who has undergone microultrasound in diagnosing his cancer and also a micro ultrasound-guided biopsy. Joe will share with us his recent diagnosis of GL 4+4 and where he is in his own journey.
