PCRI | EXHIBITING INFORMATION
Exhibit Booth Setup & Needs
Exhibit booths can be set up on Friday, September 6, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or on Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM. The event will begin promptly at 8:00 AM on Saturday, and we kindly ask that your booth be fully set up by this time. Each exhibit booth will be labeled with your company name, and our conference team will provide your name badges and conference materials at the VIP Check-In.
We will provide a 6-foot (27.5"D x 70.8"W x 29.1"H) table and two chairs for your booth. If you require additional materials, such as internet or power, please complete the request form below. For any inquiries, please email: info@pcri.org.
We request that a company representative be present at the booth during breaks, lunches, and one hour before the general session begins. Booth breakdown can begin after the final session on Sunday.
The venue will be secured overnight; however, we recommend not leaving valuable items at your booth. For on-site assistance during setup, please contact our conference team at the number provided at VIP Check-In.
Exhibit Hall Hours
Saturday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
Our Exhibit Hall is designed to be interactive for the patients. We encourage you to do this at your booth with displays, giveaways, etc.
Shipping Instructions
In an effort to be able to locate your boxes easily at the hotel, we ask that you have your teams label the boxes in the following way.

Please note that no boxes should arrive prior to September 4th without incurring additional fees from the hotel. All receiving/handling fees will be passed on to the company.
Parking Information
The parking options at The Westin Los Angeles Airport are:
On-Site Parking: Daily: $55.00
ParkingValet: Daily: $75.00 Parking fee does not include Tax.
The Westin also offers a complimentary shuttle to and from LAX Airport running every 20 - 25 mins.
This shuttle runs continuously to and from Los Angeles International Airport and The Westin and arrives approximately every 20 to 25 minutes. Pick-up is located on the ticketing level of the terminal at the red sign for hotel pickup. Guests should seek the blue shuttle with The Westin Los Angeles Airport display. No reservations are required.
